Welcome to the Class Page for Dosbarth Melyn

Introduction

We are an open, bubbly, enthusiastic class of Year 3 and 4 children who love learning and thrive on new challenges.

General information

New differentiated spellings are given every Monday morning to the pupils and these are then prctised daily in class.

PE is on a Tuesday. PE kit is worn to school on this day (black joggers, shorts or leggings, a white t-shirt, red school jumper and trainers).

We ask that all jumpers, cardigans, snack pots, water bottles and anything else that could get lost has a name on so that it can be returned to the owner.

Home learning

Activities are always given on a Friday and can be accessed from the Google Classroom. Maths is usually given with the answers for parents to mark and discuss with their child. Reading books are usually changed every week if needed, but yellow reading records are provided as a method of communication and celebration of their skills in school and at home.
