About us

We are a welcoming, smiley, enthusiastic class of Year 2 pupils. We flourish throughout the year by continuing to develop our independence, confidence and resilience. We love having fun whilst working hard.

Home learning

Spellings and handwriting – Spelling and handwriting practise books are given out each week to be completed. Please supervise your child to ensure correct letter formation and to support understanding of the words.

Reading books – Books are changed weekly. Please practice your reading book at home, but remember to bring your book and reading record to school daily.

PE

We have PE on a Wednesday and we wear PE kit to school on this day (black joggers, shorts or leggings, a white t-shirt, red school jumper and trainers). 

Other things to note

Every morning we have the option to take a healthy snack out to play with us which is brought in from home. We also bring a water bottle in daily so that we can keep hydrated throughout the day.

We ask that all jumpers, cardigans, snack pots, water bottles and anything else that could get lost has a name on so that it can be returned to the owner.
